Mr. Dickshinski is an IT Consultant who's expertise lies in performing quality assurance and automated testing for large government/private sector organizations. Mr. Dickshinski has found that the skills and knowledge acquired through the obtainment of PMI's CAPM and IBM's Rational Functional Tester (RFT) contribute to delivering quality deliverables on a daily basis. Educationally, Mr. Dickshinski has received a Master's Degree in IT with a focus in Information Assurance.
