AEGIS adds Jason Hannah as newest VP

AEGIS is excited to announce that Jason Hannah has joined us as our newest Vice President. In this role, Mr. Hannah will oversee growth strategy for products and services, marketing and communications, proposal and teaming and long-term business growth planning.

To  support that growth strategy, Mr. Hannah brings over 20 years of operational experience as a project leader and mission support professional in many departments across the civilian federal government, including being the onsite program manager of technical teams, Program Management Offices, and trusted advisor for government change management.

Mr. Hannah is a seasoned executive who has been focused on organizational change in the federal government, serving as a project manager at IRS/Treasury, DOJ/FBI/ATF, many components of DHS, GSA, and others. He has also served as a senior program manager at Northrop Grumman, Executive Director of Sales at ManTech International, and Vice President of Business Development at MIL Corporation.  His small business focus has also been evident at E-3 Federal Solutions, and REI systems, among others.

My take:  AEGIS’ goal is to continue to provide technical excellence to our clients and remain an advocate for both the government and the citizen/patient by using smart agile tools to ensure our clients are getting what they are paying for and also ensuring those solutions are interoperable in the production environments where they will be deployed. Jason’s technical experience and project management skill combines with proven small business growth strategy and a positive attitude where he is always looking for ways that everyone can succeed together.  I have known him for years, and I’ve seen how he has helped transform companies both in growth as well as maturing the teams to be ready for the next level. That’s going to be a tremendous benefit to AEGIS.

We feel fortunate to have the opportunity to bring Jason into the AEGIS family and we look forward to great success through his leadership in this role. I wish him all the best!
